Our Kalasapadu Friendship Link

Bishop Lawrence from Nandyal province, South India was a guest of Father Edward when they visited Northbourne School in summer 2007 to bless the new garden, followed by prayers at St Peter's Church. The Bishop spoke passionately of the commitment and joy he had experienced during his visit and following prayerful reflection and many emails we decided to develop a friendship link for St Peter's and Northbourne, our church school with the Diocese of Nandyal.

In 2010 Revd Santhosh visited St Peters bringing greetings and news from Kalasapadu in Nandyal.

Bishop Lawrence joined our fellowship breakfast on 16th October 2011. We renewed friendships and exchanged news. Father Edward formally welcomed the Bishop to St Peter's at the 10.00 am service and assured him and all of his pastors of our prayers. Nandyal Diocese will be holding a Mission Festival and we at St Peter's will be praying for that event.
