St Peter's Didcot

Tapestry in sanctuary

Welcome

We are a small, friendly congregation in the modern Catholic tradition, with a very strong choir helping to lead our worship. The church itself is warm, comfortable and easy to get into and around.   We welcome people of all ages: single, partnered, married, single-again, with or without children.

Find us on Newlands Avenue, Didcot.

Friday 30th: The vicarage has lost its internet connection, so Revd. Hannah is unable to respond to emails and other online contacts. Please bear with us while we try to get this fixed. You can contact St. Peter's by phone on 01235 812114.

Reading sheets for Sunday services in September are available here

Please note that social distancing and other arrangements to minimise the risk of virus transmission must still be followed.

For those who are not able to meet in the Church building at the moment, we will continue streaming services via FaceBook so that we can still come together in the fellowship of Christ.

The parish of Didcot: St Peter is committed to the safeguarding of children, young people and adults. We follow the House of Bishops guidance and policies and have our own Parish Safeguarding Officer, PSO. The Diocese of Oxford’s safeguarding pages contain vital links and information including contacts for the Diocesan Safeguarding Advisor (DSA) who advise our PSO. If you are concerned that a child or adult has been harmed or may be at risk of harm please contact the DSA on 01865 208295 or email safeguardingreferrals@oxford.anglican.org. If you have immediate concerns about the safety of someone, please contact the police and your local authority Children or Adults Services.

St. Peter's works to support the community in south Didcot, but we rely entirely on donations. If you would like to help us with our work, you can click the link below:
